### **Campaign Overview**

The GoGoCash Quest & Leaderboard is a monthly gamified rewards program where users earn points by shopping through GoGoCash and completing special tasks. Your total points determine your rank on the leaderboard, and the top performers receive cash rewards at the end of each month.

### **How to Earn Points**

Points are earned through two primary methods:

### **1. Spending Points**

* **Every 1 THB spent = 1 Point**
* Only eligible, completed, and non-refunded transactions tracked through GoGoCash are counted
* Points are automatically added once your transaction is confirmed by the partner merchant

### **2. Task Bonus Points**

Complete special tasks to earn **+50 points** for each task. Each task can be completed **once per month**.

**Available Monthly Tasks:**

| Shop on **Traveloka** via GoGoCash                                | +50 points   |
| Reach cumulative spending of **≥300 THB** in the month            | +50 points   |

*\*Participants can receive the special task bonus points only once per competition round.*

**Example Calculation:**

* You spend 399 THB on Shopee via GoGoCash
* **Points earned:**
  * 399 points (from spending)
  * +50 points (Shopee task bonus)
  * **Total: 449 points**

### **Leaderboard Rankings**

### **How Rankings Work**

* Users are ranked by **Total Points** (highest to lowest) each month
* **Total Points = Spending Points + Task Bonus Points**
* Rankings are updated daily
* The leaderboard period runs for the **entire calendar month** (e.g., February 1–29, 2026)

### **Tie-Breaking Rules**

If two users have the same points:

1. **First tie-breaker:** The user with higher total THB spending ranks higher
2. **Second tie-breaker:** The user who reached their points earlier ranks higher

### **Monthly Rewards**

At the end of each month, rewards are distributed based on your final rank:

| --------------- | ------------- |
| **Rank 1**      | 1,000 THB     |
| **Ranks 2–6**   | 150 THB each  |
| **Ranks 7–11**  | 100 THB each  |
| **Ranks 12–26** | 50 THB each   |

**Total monthly reward budget: 3,000 THB**

Rewards will be credited to your GoGoCash wallet within **1–3 business days** after the month ends.

### **How to Track Your Progress**

1. Open the GoGoCash app
2. Navigate to **"Quest / Leaderboard"** section
3. View your:
   * Current points (spending + tasks breakdown)
   * Current monthly rank
   * Completed and pending tasks
   * Distance to next reward tier

### **Eligibility & Fair Play**

### **Eligible Transactions**

* Must be tracked through GoGoCash platform
* Must be confirmed and completed by the partner merchant
* Non-refunded transactions only
* Only legitimate purchases count

### **Anti-Abuse Policy**

* Fraudulent activities will result in disqualification
* Suspicious referrals or transactions may be flagged for review
* GoGoCash reserves the right to exclude users from rewards if abuse is detected

### **Terms & Conditions**

1. The campaign runs monthly on a calendar month basis
2. Points reset at the beginning of each new month
3. Tasks can only be completed once per month per user
4. Rewards are final and non-transferable
5. GoGoCash reserves the right to modify campaign rules with prior notice
6. All decisions regarding eligibility and rankings are final

### **FAQs**

**Q: When will I see my points on the leaderboard?**\
A: Points are calculated daily. The leaderboard opens for public viewing on February 15, 2026. Points earned before this date are being tracked behind the scenes.

**Q: Do my points expire?**\
A: Monthly points reset at the start of each new month. However, your monthly points also contribute to your 2026 yearly leaderboard progress.

**Q: What happens if I refund a purchase?**\
A: Refunded transactions will have their points deducted from your total.

**Q: How long does it take for task points to appear?**\
A: Task bonus points are added automatically once the task conditions are met and the transaction is confirmed by the partner.

**Q: Can I complete the same task multiple times?**\
A: Each task can only be completed once per calendar month.
